Universus feels like home. Location is superb next to tram, train, airport bus, old town, restaurants, and supermarket. Beds are comfortable and not bunk. It’s very clean and well-maintained. But most of all, the amazingly friendly and kind staff, like Klaudia, make you feel at home. They are always helpful and customer-oriented. Thank you and see you next time!
Almost perfect 👌.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city center and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a quick and easy check-in process. The room was clean and comfortable, with well-organized storage options and convenient outlets next to each bed.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, as not all the shower booths were usable. It would have been better if there were more bathrooms available on each floor, as it was a bit inconvenient to have them all on the third floor.
